Work onsite with a diverse caseload of approximately 39 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade. Key Qualifications:

• Active CO SLPA licensure required
• Experience working in schools (elementary to high school preferred)
• Proficiency in SLP for pediatrics, school-based therapy, and healthcare settings
• Familiarity with various service delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy
• Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered a plus
• Strong collaborative skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions onsite to a caseload of K-12 students with a range of communication needs
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to families and staff
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support student success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Foster a supportive, engaging environment for students
