Practice Specifics

• Patient-centered Endocrinologist to help grow our practice in Brainerd.
• Supported by a system-wide team of Endocrinologists and APCs.
• Four‑day work week, great work/life balance.
• No call.
• Great pay with exceptional benefits.
• Typical office hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible).
• Large service area with hundreds of referring physicians.
• Excellent surgical providers for thyroid/parathyroid.
• Located in the prestigious Brainerd Lakes Region of Minnesota.
• Primarily an outpatient practice.
• Future outreach opportunities are being considered.
• Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes‑related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.

Requirements

• BC/BE in Endocrinology.

Compensation

• Salary: $309,388. Hired candidates may be eligible for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
