Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations while partnering with managers and leadership on broader people strategy. This person should be highly visible, approachable, and comfortable working directly with employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and performance management
• Coach supervisors and managers on communication, accountability, and leadership practices
• Build strong relationships with employees and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, training, and workforce planning
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, and policy administration
• Partner with leadership on organizational strategy, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Track HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve turnover, productivity, and workforce effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Previous HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or a similar frontline environment
• Strong employee relations and manager-coaching skills
• Ability to balance hands-on HR responsibilities with strategic business partnership
• Experience leading an HR team preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
