Our Portland West branch proudly serves Tigard, Beaverton, Wilsonville, Downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Sherwood, Tualatin, King City and nearby surrounding areas! 

Open shifts + High Needs:

• Downtown Portland
  • Monday and Wednesday 11a-6pm. Monday and Wednesday 3p-6:30p and Tuesday/Thursday 1p-4:30pm. Saturday 12 hr shift from 10:30a-10:30pm. Tuesday/Thursday 10a-12:30p. Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 12p-6pm.
• SW Portland and Lake Oswego
  • Monday/Friday 11:30a-4:30p. Monday-Friday 8:30a-12:30p. Saturday and Sunday 12p-4pm. Wednesday/Saturday 3p-5p. Wednesday 3p-8p
• West Linn, Wilsonville, Sherwood and Tualatin
  • Monday through Friday 10a-12pm. Friday 4p-10p. Saturday 11a-1pm.
• Beaverton, Tigard and King City
  • Monday and Wednesday 10a-4p and 9a-4p. Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30a-8:30pm.

Other client specific needs:

• Caregivers able to administer medications.
• Public transportation riders accepted for Downtown/SW Portland/NW Portland
• Bilingual caregivers

Caregiver Job Duties  

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): 

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) 
• Cooking and/or serving meals 
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom 
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies 
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments 
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition 

Additional Information  

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! 
• Oregon only  – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings! 

Requirements  

• 18 years+ 
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check 
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record 
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
