Physical Therapist - Pediatric Outpatient (Hospital-Based)

The Opportunity

A nonprofit hospital system is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their hospital-based outpatient team. This is a full-time, salaried position in a modern therapy center designed specifically for pediatric care.

You'll work with children across a range of developmental, orthopedic, and neurological conditions in a collaborative, team-based environment that prioritizes quality care over productivity metrics.

What the Role Looks Like

Patient Care:

• 1:1 treatment sessions, 45 minutes each
• No more than 2 evaluations per day
• Caseload includes neuro, ortho, developmental, and other common pediatric diagnoses
• Focus on quality outcomes-no productivity quotas

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, full-time
• No weekends

Team & Environment:

• Work alongside in-house OTs and SLPs in a coordinated, interdisciplinary model
• Integrated hospital-wide EMR system for seamless documentation
• Supportive leadership and well-organized care delivery

Compensation & Benefits

Financial Package:

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $3,000/year student loan repayment , renewable for consecutive years of service
• Relocation assistance available and negotiable based on distance and need
