Painter 1st shift

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Painter at our Plant 3 location. Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus. Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45AM-2:45PM. Responsibilities Safe operation of machines and tools. Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles. Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment. Paint parts in accordance to the specifications. Handle raw materials and/or parts and place them in designated location. Operate equipment needed to perform the job. Strict adherence to standard work. Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals. Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment. Ability to problem solve effectively. Ability to communicate. Qualifications Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day. Must be able to use hands to position parts in place. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment. Ability to work as part of a team. Desire for personal development and growth. Must complete respirator questionnaire.
