Pay Rate: $65/hr
Duration: 2 months to start, with potential for extension and temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Target Start Date: September 30, 2026

About the Role:
NYC Health + Hospitals is looking for a Project Manager to support the Talent Acquisition team with systemwide recruitment initiatives. This role will focus heavily on project management, recruitment strategy, data and metrics, stakeholder communication, and recruitment marketing . The position will initially be fully onsite, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans , including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs, vacancies, and urgent recruitment priorities .
• Track and report on Talent Acquisition metrics , including candidate lifecycle activity from posting through hiring and onboarding.
• Generate, analyze, and utilize HCM data and reports to support recruitment strategies and identify hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on targeted recruitment campaigns and recruitment materials.
• Ensure NYC Health + Hospitals branding is reflected across recruitment flyers, advertisements, brochures, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Manage relationships with department heads, executives, and HR stakeholders while communicating project progress and barriers.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, onboarding activities, and facility site visits .
• Monitor budgets, expenses, invoices, and recruiting-related funding .
• Use technology and tracking systems to monitor and maintain project progress .

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, healthcare, project management, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Talent Acquisition/recruitment , ideally in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with large-scale project management and budgeting .
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and recruitment campaigns.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills, with experience monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint .
• Experience with Visio and tracking/relationship management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent work skills .
• Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in New York City initially .
