Job Description

The Packaging Associate carefully matches labels to products, places products into pouches and seals them, labels boxes, and packs sealed products into the appropriate boxes while following written work instructions. This role supports accurate, efficient, and compliant packaging within a clean production environment.

Responsibilities

• Match product labels accurately to the correct products according to written work instructions.
• Place products into pouches and ensure each pouch is properly sealed.
• Label boxes clearly and correctly to reflect the contents and required information.
• Place sealed products into the appropriate boxes in an organized and secure manner.
• Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, completeness, and quality before sealing and boxing.
• Use an iPad or similar device to follow instructions, record information, or track work as required.
• Pick and pack items accurately to support production and order fulfillment needs.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a team of two to coordinate daily tasks and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized individual workstation in accordance with workplace standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience with packaging, production, or general production tasks.
• Proficiency in picking and packing products accurately.
• Ability to work from written work instructions and follow them precisely.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling, sealing, and packing.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to use an iPad or similar device to support daily tasks.
• Capability to perform inspection and basic quality checks on products and packaging.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in packaging, packing, or labeling roles.
• Familiarity with general production environments.
• Comfort working in a structured, process-driven setting.
• Willingness to learn and follow medical device-related packaging standards.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean production environment at your own workstation while collaborating as part of a team of two. The schedule offers flexibility, with core hours around 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and openness to a Monday–Thursday arrangement. The role involves using an iPad and working with packaging and labeling materials in an organized, process-focused setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashua, NH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Nashua,NH.
