Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the blending process, ensuring that materials are mixed accurately and efficiently according to established specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain the highest quality standards. Duties Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials as per production requirements. Follow detailed blending instructions and recipes to ensure product consistency and quality. Conduct regular inspections of blending equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize blending processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document blending processes accurately, including batch records and material usage. Assist in materials handling, including receiving, storing, and preparing raw materials for blending. Participate in training sessions on lean manufacturing techniques and CGMP compliance. Experience Reading batch records and preparing raw ingredients for mixing Batching by running mixers, blenders, and hot boxes Connecting correct tanks for mixing, holding, and transferring to production lines or totes.
