Restoration Laborer | Day Shift | Nitro, WV

United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring a dependable, hardworking Restoration Laborer for a company in Nitro, WV. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, works well with a team, and wants to help restore homes and businesses following fire, water, or mold damage.

Schedule and Pay

Starting at $15.00 per hour
Monday-Friday
7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Consistent weekday schedule

Job Responsibilities

Assist with cleaning and restoring properties affected by fire, water, or mold damage
Remove debris, damaged materials, flooring, drywall, and other items as directed
Assist with light demolition, repairs, and restoration projects
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Assist experienced technicians throughout each project
Follow all company procedures and job-site safety requirements
Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working in properties affected by fire, water, or mold damage
Willingness to work in a variety of environments and job-site conditions
Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or general labor experience is a plus
