Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for each patient, setting clear and achievable rehabilitation goals in accordance with physician's orders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of patients, employing a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of patient progress, treatment actions, and administrative responsibilities taking care to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
• Cultivate a strong interprofessional collaboration by interacting regularly with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient interventions.
• Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives within the therapy department to ensure best practices are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits
