PAY: This position pays $22/Hour  SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE-- 645pm-7am ($22/hour plus $1/hr shift differential after training)  WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN, Then REPEAT. Only Work 15 days a month!!!! Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!!!! One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours PAID BI-WEEKLY! Total of 85.75 hours for a pay period (76.75 regular hours & 9 hours of overtime) Our Line Operators are essential to our success. You will be responsible for physically operating an extrusion line to produce the highest attainable quality of pipe in a safe and efficient manner. What we offer: *Vision, Medical & Dental Benefits offered on  DAY ONE !! * Paid Parental Leave *Fitness & Weight Loss Reimbursement *Safe Work Environment   *Advancement Opportunities, We love to promote internally! *Work life balance - most positions have a 4 day work week *401(k) with up to 9% company match!!! *Vacation Time Off!! *Sick Time Off!!!! *Employee Recognition & Safety Programs *Tuition Reimbursement *The opportunity to participate in quarterly bonus program that is driven by both company and individual achievements, and our unwavering commitment to safety.  This is what you’ll do: *Read the work order and perform set ups, change overs and adjustments for the order. *Properly monitors extrusion production including produced product, equipment, performs quality checks on product and maintains the coiling area *Assist to start reels, set up and monitors product for quality and conformity *Monitors operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met *Maintains accurate documentation of all product dimensions on production reports and accurately tracks “Lost Production Hours” including the reasons for lost time *Ensures pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual *Follows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment *Follows and complies with all company policies and procedures *Additional duties as required This is what it takes: * MUST HAVE MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED *1-year manufacturing experience required *1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred *Ability to speak, read and write English, fluently..Bi-lingual a Plus! *Ability to perform simple math, and take measurements required *Must be able to recognize colors **Nice to have: Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications *Forklift experience is a plus Occupational and/or Physical Requirements: *Understanding of paperwork procedures and documentation requirements *Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance *Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery *Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects “The compensation for this position is typically $22/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
