Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources supporting the Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate each stage of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling, follow-up notifications, and creating offer packages
• Provide exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Serve as the main point of contact for interview scheduling and offer packages for candidates, recruiters, and external agencies
• Draft offer letters accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Maintain recruiting data integrity within HR systems and social media recruitment channels

What's Needed?

• 0-1 year of experience in a corporate environment, including internships or full-time roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in verbal and written communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure
