Position Details Department: 34307 Atrium Health Cabarrus - Nursing: 3H Medical Telemetry Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full-time Days Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Location This is a 14-bed Medical Telemetry unit located at Atrium Health Cabarrus that utilizes telemetry for monitoring cardiac patients and can manage low risk cardiac drips offering a collaborative and dynamic environment for patient care. This low-to-moderate acuity unit specializes in caring for patients with a range of medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Our team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians from multiple specialties, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. This unit has optional cross training to sister units Nephrology / Inpatient Oncology which offer development of new skill sets such as Chemotherapy administration and Peritoneal Dialysis. Responsibilities As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Base compensation listed within the pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
