- Responsible for managing staff and children
- Will monitor activities to ensure they are adequate
- Takes part in scheduling Friday Funday Events
- Plan and facilitate games, sports, and other outdoor activities
- Create daily and weekly schedules catered to each group of campers, their ages, and interests
- Monitor campers and escort them to various activities
- Provide fun learning opportunities
- Set up, take down, and maintain camp equipment
- Communicate with parents
- Previous experience as a manager or in a similar position a plus
- Highly organized and responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including hiking, running, and carrying equipment
