Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - Night Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to laboring patients and support couplet care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patients during labor, triage, and post-operative care for cesarean sections, as well as providing lactation support. Responsibilities Provide care for laboring patients and support during vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Assist with circumcision and assess post-operative sites. Conduct newborn assessments and monitor for conditions such as hypoglycemia. Support breastfeeding and lactation needs of new mothers. Manage triage of obstetrical patients and couplet care with newborns. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery. Current BLS and NRP certifications are required. Experience with the Epic charting system is required. Previous charge nurse experience is preferred. Schedule This position involves a night shift from 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM, comprising 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with a requirement to work every other weekend. Why ARMStaffing?
