Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Relationship ManagementSupport the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client projectDevelop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client.Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client.Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representativeProgram Analysis and DevelopmentDevelop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client.Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client projectDevelop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basisAssist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the areaEducation/TrainingBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasisYears of Relevant ExperienceMinimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantSkills and KnowledgeStrong organizational and managementStrong interpersonal and supervisory skillsStrong presentation skillsKnowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpfulExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Office, and MS Share PointComputer proficiency in CMMSMatrix manage both technical and administrative staffOversee multiple facilities of different functionsSupervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
