.NET Web Developer / Programmer AnalystLocation: Martinez, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled .NET Web Developer / Programmer Analyst to design, develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications and integrations within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing web applications in the Microsoft technology stack, working with both modern and legacy systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that improve business operations and healthcare services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications, client applications, APIs, integrations, and reporting solutions.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including:Requirements gatheringSolution design and estimationDevelopment and testingDeployment and production supportCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to define and implement software solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, project estimates, and development tasks.Conduct peer code reviews and support quality assurance efforts.Develop and maintain data integrations, reports, and custom workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production and non-production environments.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education requirements as permitted by organizational guidelines.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional software development experience, including web application development.Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare environment.Experience throughout the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Experience developing with:C#.NET Framework and/or .NET CoreSQL ServerJavaScriptHTML/CSSRESTful APIsExperience maintaining and enhancing legacy VB.NET applications.Ability and willingness to convert to a full-time employee position at the stated salary level if offered.Preferred QualificationsExperience with one or more of the following technologies or disciplines:FHIR APIs, particularly Provider Directory implementationsSSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)ServiceNow application developmentServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificationThird-party SaaS integrationsAI-enabled business applications and workflow automationAgile and Scrum development methodologiesAngular or ReactNode.jsPowerShellPythonJavaVB6XML, HTML, CSSMySQLRedisWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule with onsite presence required approximately two days per week in Martinez, California.Collaborative environment supporting healthcare technology initiatives and digital transformation efforts.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Martinez, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
