This role can be filled at either Level 3 Principal Systems Engineer or Level 4 Sr. Principal Systems Engineer.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Work scope covers a range of Systems Engineering disciplines and products including requirements & verification, interfaces, architecture, CAMEO, Model Based Systems Engineering, DOORS administration, and designSupport development of verification planning/products, test requirements, and other key productsAssist preparation and execution of milestonesRole entails collaboration with Space Vehicle Systems Engineering as well as engagement with multiple working groups, key stakeholders, and control boardsSpecifics of responsibilities can be tailored based on the skillset and specific experience of the selected candidateBasic Qualifications for Principal Systems Engineer – Level 3:Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 5+ years of engineering experience ORMaster's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 3+ years of engineering experience ORPhD in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 1+ year(s) of engineering experienceCandidate must be a U.S. Citizen and have active SCI access at time of application with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years and prior to start date ORCandidate must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (or equivalent) at time of application with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years and prior to start date as well as the ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
