Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in driving sales growth, business development, and account management, with a proven track record in B2B sales.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share within the assigned region.
Conduct regular territory management activities, including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales efforts to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and customer service.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Help shape the future of the business through strategic planning, talent development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implements sales policies and ensures communication of new products or services, product variations and changes and sales promotions.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and updates on market conditions.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in objectives and messaging.
Provides direction and guidance for advertising, sales promotions and product trainings.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales - technical sales preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation, territory sales management, and account management.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies as necessary.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
