Crane Operator

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to work on our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating cranes for complex projects, including pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in challenging environments. Responsibilities Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various construction activities Perform pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts according to project specifications Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that safety procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with site supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts accurately Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy construction Proven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed NCCCO Certifications required, including LBC, TLL, TSS Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planning Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
