• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing, and operational improvements
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes served

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach to menu development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations
