We are hiring full time or part time Hospitalists for our swing shift role.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Swing shift hours are 7 am - 7 pm, 1pm - 1 am, and 3 pm - 3 am . Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
• This is a full or part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
• Procedures are not required.
• Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
• Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.
• Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation up to $340,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
