Radiation Therapist, Radiation Experience: 2 years RADTHER-OH Certifications: T-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

ACLS-AHA(Copy needed) Scrub Colors: scrubs (black pants, any top) SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history Must be fully competent on Varian TruBeam linacs , Halcyon, and Aria version 15

Preferred Qualifications

knowledge with Vision RT or OSMS at least 5 years experience preferred
