Service Director

GE HealthCare seeks a Service Director to lead biomedical technician teams and oversee service operations across the Pacific Northwest region. The role combines remote work with up to 50% travel to customer sites, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities

* Serve as primary customer contact for service concerns resolution across Pacific Northwest region * Lead and develop team of biomedical technicians located at customer sites * Establish ongoing technical and business support relationships with assigned customers * Manage staffing, performance development, and hiring for service team * Apply technical expertise and analytical thinking to develop solutions and execute strategy

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years medical services experience, or equivalent military education, or Associate's degree plus 6+ years, or High School Diploma/GED plus 10+ years * Leadership experience managing technical teams * Ability to travel up to 50% * Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection * Legal authorization to work in U.S.; no visa sponsorship available * Previous biomedical equipment service or team leadership experience preferred * Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Compensation: $108,000-$162,000 annual base, plus performance-based incentive compensation
