Strong customer service skills are essential for maintaining good relationships with patients and their families. Responsibility includes managing patients with varied diagnoses such as CHF and MI. Candidates should be familiar with advanced patient management techniques and equipment. Experience with telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias is required. There is a rotation requirement for weekends and floating to other units as needed. The position involves collaboration with various interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care. Flexibility in scheduling is important to accommodate unit needs. Compliance with facility policies and procedures is expected. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively.
