Field Operations CoordinatorLocation: Mobile, ALPay: $24/hrPosition Summary:We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Field Operations Coordinator to support workforce programs across multiple locations. This position will split time between working directly at client/shipyard sites and supporting operations from our local branch office the remainder of the week. This is a hands-on role that requires regular interaction with employees, candidates, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both field and office environments, can adjust their schedule and work location based on operational needs, and thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site field support at client and shipyard locations approximately 2-3 days per weekServe as a point of contact for employees and candidates while working at client sitesCoordinate candidate onboarding, scheduling, check-ins, and ongoing communicationAssist with employee orientations, first-day coordination, and workforce logisticsSupport walk-in candidates and employees at both client sites and the branch officeAssist with documentation, compliance requirements, and other administrative needsHelp address employee questions and escalate workforce or client concerns when appropriateMaintain consistent communication with Recruiting and Operations teams regarding employee and client needsSupport daily branch operations and administrative responsibilities when not working at client sitesTravel between the branch and assigned client locations based on business needsQualifications:Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughComfortable interacting directly with employees, candidates, and clientsAbility to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the internal teamComfortable working in both professional office and active shipyard/industrial environmentsReliable transportation and ability to travel between the branch office and local client sitesPreferred:Previous experience in staffing, field operations, workforce coordination, or a similar roleFamiliarity with shipyard, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades environmentsFamiliarity with vendor management systems (VMS/MSP)Experience with onboarding, employee relations, or workforce complianceSafety & Environmental Factors:All employees are expected to adhere to the company’s safety policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves working under extreme hot or cold conditions and requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
