Responsibilities Work as a core member of a dedicated ICI team. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, architects, engineers, design partners, subcontractors, trades, and internal team members. Manage the day‑to‑day activities of complex project sites in the retail, restaurant, and auto markets, ensuring top‑quality results through effective resource and construction process management. Maintain a safe work site by enforcing good housekeeping regulations, safety requirements, OSHA and state‑level regulations, and encouraging safe work habits. Oversee and inspect work in progress against designs, plans, specifications, subcontracts, shop drawings, and overall craftsmanship. Reduce project risk by documenting and managing jobsite details, reporting daily progress, conducting weekly site meetings and inspections, developing six‑week look‑ahead schedules, and managing overall schedule. Maintain client relationships, meet and manage client expectations, and professionally address or escalate issues as appropriate. Desired Skills and Experience Preferably at least 5 years of supervisory construction experience at a GC/CM firm. Solid professional communication skills. Ability to produce innovative solutions to complex challenges. Results‑driven ability to manage and follow up on multiple priorities. Computer skills: Windows PC, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Windows file management. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven supervision and management skills to motivate and manage people and teams. Procore experience or certification is a plus. Certifications, Licenses & Registration Walmart safety, employment, waste, and stormwater compliance certification, or the ability to obtain them. Valid driver’s license. OSHA 30‑hour certification, or the ability to obtain it. Physical Requirements Walk on rough/uneven terrain, frequently push/pull/​carry equipment or objects of varying sizes and weights, including bending, lifting, and climbing on the job site. Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; climb multiple flights of stairs and ladders repeatedly. Occasionally lift up to 50 lb. #J-18808-Ljbffr
