System Analyst

Our client is looking for a technology-driven Business Systems Analyst / IT Analyst to support and optimize business applications, IT operations, and process automation across the organization. This role will serve as a key technology partner, working closely with leadership and employees to improve systems, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day technology needs. Key Responsibilities Administer, support, and optimize business applications and internal systems. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, automations, and process improvements. Provide hands‑on IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, and offboarding. Partner with software vendors and technology providers to ensure reliable system performance. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and productivity. Support cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection initiatives. Train users on technology best practices and drive adoption of new tools and processes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in business systems, IT support, systems administration, or a related field. Experience with application administration, workflow automation, and reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms. Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or certifications preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Why Apply?
