Finance Analyst Commission Operations Specialist

Finance Analyst – Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract with potential to move to direct. Industry: Manufacturing. Compensation: $59.42 - $68.57 per hour. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Shift: 1st shift. Core hours: 09:00 – 16:00 Eastern Time. The role can be onsite, hybrid, or remote, but members must work core hours. Responsibilities Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders. Ensure commissions are fully approved before payroll submission. Execute monthly commission timelines and validation. Ensure all inputs and adjustments are captured and processed. Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Sales Leadership, and Finance. Communicate approval status, delays, and escalations. Identify and resolve workflow issues. Manage exception workflows via Jira. Maintain reporting of approvals and cycle progress. Ensure timely and accurate commission approvals. Improve workflow efficiency and transparency. Reduce manual follow-ups and delays. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Three or more years of hands‑on experience with commission processes, including calculations and compensation logic. Three or more years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or commission administration. Three or more years of experience managing workflows and stakeholders. Proven ability to analyze and improve processes and drive automation initiatives. Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership. Experience with Anaplan or similar tools. Background check required upon offer of employment.
