A regional medical center in the Southeastern U.S. is partnering with HealthYes to add an H1B Internal Medicine Hospitalist to its growing inpatient team.

This hospitalist role is daytime-only , following a 7-on/7-off schedule with no night shifts required. You'll provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients, working alongside experienced advanced practice providers and collaborating with a strong team of subspecialists including critical care, neurology, cardiology, nephrology, and more.

The facility has dedicated nocturnists in place, and there are no procedural requirements . Leadership is deeply supportive, emphasizing physician satisfaction, autonomy, and low turnover across the department.

• Open ICU
• Codes
• Rounding
• 18-20 patients a day
• Hospital-based experience preferred
• Eligible for AL medical license
• Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
• MD or DO, Internal Medicine residency completed
• Strong communication skills and a team-based mindset
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• MD or DO from an accredited program
