Location: Statesville, NC

Salaried: $50,000–$60,000/Annual Basic+Other compensation+Health Insurance, Dental, Vision

Summary

We’re seeking a Farm Equipment Service and Pre-sales Specialist to strengthen our customer support and technical coordination. This role focuses on pre-sales supporting customers select the right tractor attachment, and when needed after-sales communication, warranty handling, parts assistance, and basic troubleshooting . You’ll work closely with our service center, warehouse, and eCommerce operations to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to after-sales care.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, warranty cases, and parts identification
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and logistics with the service team
• Help customers choose farm implements based on tractor specifications
• Process service tickets, RMA requests, and order adjustments
• Maintain accurate CRM and service records
• Provide timely and reliable support to build strong customer relationships
• Assist sales with product information, quotes, and order processing

Requirements

• 3+ years in farm equipment, mechanical service, or customer support
• Understanding of tractor attachments and basic mechanical concepts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple service cases at once
• Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic order platforms
• SAP/Service Management experience is a plus
