What You Will Do

Drive sales initiatives by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the B2B sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective customers.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand market reach.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to enhance service offerings.

Ideal Candidate Background

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or software development environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of testing solutions or quality assurance processes in product development.

Compensation and Benefits
