Food Service Director Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage exciting menus.
- Oversee kitchen staff and operations.
- Ensure top-notch food safety and sanitation.
- Maintain budgets and inventory.
- - Collaborate with nursing staff to meet dietary needs.
Food Service Director Qualifications:
- Degree in nutrition, dietetics, or hospitality preferred.
- CDM or RD certification a plus.
- 3-5 years of food service management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for providing excellent meals and service.
