Benefits Package Competitive Wages & Generous Paid Time Off 401k with Employer Contributions Starting Day One Medical, Life, AD&D, STD, LTD, Dental, & Vision Insurance with Optional Health Spending Account (HSA) Team Member Health/Wellbeing Programs Employee Discount Schedule Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities Weekends as needed Key Responsibilities Small Engine Repair Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with Echo and Stihl outdoor equipment Perform routine maintenance on power garden equipment, including oil changes, blades and belt changes Assist in the store and warehouse as needed Customer Interaction Work with customers to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed Represent FAE in a professional manner with customers and business partners Promote FAE market share through excellent service and customer referrals Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety procedures as to not cause harm to yourself, customers, co-workers, equipment, or inventory. Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Operate all equipment according to FAE policy and government regulations. Comply with OSHA regulations, work rules and policies. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or (GED). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn propane systems Preferred Prefer two (2) or more years of experience with proven experience as a mechanic or service technician, particularly with small engines Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $16 - $20 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
