Sales & Customer Service Representative

Job Description

California Industrial Fabrics, Inc. (CI-Fabrics) is looking to expand its Sales & Customer Service team. CI-Fabrics offers the potential to earn a monthly bonus.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

· Receive and respond to customer requests for quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.

· Process customer orders into the Company’s computer system.

· Utilize a phone, computer, copy machine and fax machine as needed.

· Have good phone and email etiquette.

· Provide excellent customer assistance.

· Assist the department with other tasks as needed.

· Be dependable and have good attendance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

· 3+ years of telephone-based customer service experience.

· Proficient in math and measurements.

· Have professional written and verbal communications.

· Must be fluent in English.

The company manufactures agricultural screening products, fence construction screening, sports products and a full line of nursery fabrics and windscreens. The company is located in Otay Mesa near the border crossing.
