Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC)

PTSMC is Connecticut’s largest private-practice physical therapy provider, with 39 locations statewide (now including 2 new locations in Massachusetts!) serving more than 35,000 patients annually. Since 2000, President and physical therapist Alan Balavender has grown the company using a unique partnership model that empowers clinicians to own and operate their own practices—more than 20 have done so and counting.
