Join a Unique Concierge Medicine Practice in Scottsdale, AZWe're excited to share a special opportunity for an experienced, board-certified physician to join a well-established, membership-based concierge practice in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a chance to work in a personalized care model where excellence, service, and meaningful patient relationships come first.About the PracticeThe practice is known for its high-touch, adult primary care, delivered in an unhurried environment. We serve a limited number of patients, which allows for outstanding care, flexible scheduling, and strong, lasting doctor-patient relationships.Key Features of the Role:Immediate panel of patients to build from3-day in-office schedule: Tuesday–Thursday2-day remote schedule: Monday and FridayConcierge model: no insurance billing, no MedicareStrong network of top local specialistsCompetitive base salary + generous benefitsFull autonomy in clinical decision-making with strong admin supportYou'll Love This Role If You:Thrive in a low-volume, high-quality care environmentEnjoy developing long-term relationships with patientsAre comfortable with a hybrid model: office visits + remote communicationsWant to be part of a private practice where your voice and expertise are valuedWhat You Bring:Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineActive Arizona license (or willingness to obtain)5+ years' experience in adult, family or geriatric primary careStrong communication skills and a team-focused mindsetAn entrepreneurial spirit — physicians with existing practices are welcome to inquireWe Offer:Competitive salary15 days PTO100% employer-paid health insuranceMalpractice insuranceCME reimbursement (up to $3,500/year)Monthly tech stipendFull remote-office setup + mobile tech for seamless care deliveryInterested?
