Cosm Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Atlanta venue. This role manages full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include creating candidate pipelines and ensuring positive candidate experiences, as well as collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes.
