HR Service Center Representative

Supporting essential employee relations and HR documentation activities, the temporary HR Service Center Representative will manage sensitive information, produce accurate employment documents, and maintain organized records in HR systems while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create severance documentation and prepare disciplinary and performance-related documents based on HR partner direction Enter, update, and organize employee information within Oracle-based HR systems to maintain reliable records Respond to HR service requests professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with internal stakeholders Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or an HR service center setting Practical experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, or a similar HRIS platform High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated discretion when working with confidential employee records and sensitive HR matters
