About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the vision and innovation of its travel clothing brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing existing product lines and spearheading the development of new products that reflect the brand's values of simplicity, style, and timelessness. This role demands a self-driven individual with a proven track record in product creation, particularly in the apparel, fashion, or performance outdoor sectors. The VP of Product will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals, from ideation to market launch, and will be accountable for the success of all product releases, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Applicants must have at least 10 years' of product creation experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a dynamic, fast-growth environment. Leadership skills are essential, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in managing and motivating teams. The role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who can adapt to a non-corporate work environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality products and user experiences. The VP of Product will also be involved in driving brand vision through disruptive innovation, managing product development budgets, and staying abreast of market and consumer trends. A collaborative and candid approach, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo, are highly valued. Experience in technical or performance wear, and with mechanisms for collecting and implementing feedback, is a significant advantage.
