Staffing Coordinator CNA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator CNA to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating the scheduling and placement of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in our partner healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the scheduling of CNAs in accordance with the needs of our partner facilities
Ensure accurate and timely transmission of staffing data to facilities
Provide exceptional customer service to facility staff and CNAs
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner
Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and CNAs
Monitor and report on staffing metrics and trends
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Ability to travel to assigned facilities as needed
