Job Summary A non-profit regional healthcare system is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to take over a well‑respected retiring doctor's patient panel. This large multi‑specialty facility offers modern appeal, spacious exam rooms, state‑of‑the‑art technology, and equipment. The physician will work in an outpatient‑only setting with a flexible schedule. The location also offers behavioral health and substance abuse services and resources. Ideal candidates are Board Certified Internal Medicine MD/DO with an active Illinois license. New graduates and visa candidates are welcome. Responsibilities Take over an established patient panel. Provide outpatient internal medicine care. Utilize the facility’s modern EMR and remote access. Contribute to behavioral health and substance abuse services as needed. Qualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine (MD/DO). Active Illinois medical license. Open to new graduates and candidates on J‑1 or H1B visas. Benefits Modern EMR with remote access. Lucrative base salary with a generous bonus structure. Uncapped earnings for J‑1 and H1B visa holders. Loan repayment assistance. NO late nights or weekends. Referral bonus of $2,000 for successful candidates.
