Are you an energetic, people focused sales professional who enjoys helping others while building a rewarding career? We're looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a hybrid role that offers flexibility, support, and unlimited earning potential.

Whether you're an experienced insurance producer or have previous State Farm sales experience, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend the right coverage.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and follow-up on leads.
Quote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Life & Health License (Preferred)
Previous State Farm sales experience is a strong plus.
Sales-driven with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using computers and learning agency management software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
