Responsibilities Create cabinet designs using architectural blueprints and builder specifications in 20‑20 Technologies. Develop functional layouts that meet space constraints, installation standards, and product requirements. Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions. Solve practical design challenges where limited standardization exists. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth downstream execution. Assist with training and mentoring future Cabinet Designer new hires as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. Experience using 20‑20 Design software preferred. General knowledge of residential construction and cabinet installation. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Team‑oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
