Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Licensed PT in PA OR COMPACT PT LICENSURE
• EPIC experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Alternative schedule may be available: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a comp day in the same week
• Sunday coverage only if needed for ortho post-op patients unable to discharge on Saturday
