What You’ll Do

• Provide clinic consultations and surgical procedures in Urology
• Cover OR cases as assigned, ensuring patient safety and quality care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain smooth patient flow
• Document patient encounters accurately in medical records
• Adhere to all facility policies and standard protocols
• Participate in scheduled clinic and OR days, primarily Monday through Friday
• Maintain a clean professional record and active licensure for temporary privileges

What You Need

• Active New Mexico medical license
• Prior Urology clinic and surgical experience
• Ability to commit to at least one week per month (preferably two)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Clean background and professional conduct

Required: Medical license in NM, Urology experience
Preferred: Prior locum or temporary staffing experience

About the Assignment

This position supports a busy healthcare facility in providing specialized Urology services, including outpatient clinics and surgical procedures. The assigned provider will help bridge staffing gaps during the internal leave, ensuring continuous care delivery to patients. No weekend shifts or on-call duties are required; work primarily occurs Monday through Friday during regular hours.
