Job Description

Snapshot / Role Overview

We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service and Project Sales Executive for the Los Angeles and Orange County market to sell service agreements and retrofit projects to building owners and decision makers.

Impact

Build recurring revenue through service contracts and retrofits.
Create client relationships that last across commercial sectors.
Hand off cleanly to operations so customers stay.

Responsibilities

Sell HVAC service, maintenance, and retrofit projects to new and existing clients.
Target building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
Write proposals, develop scopes of work, and support estimating.
Manage the sales cycle from lead to signed contract.
Keep pipeline and follow-ups current in the CRM.

Must-Haves

Four or more years of commercial HVAC service and retrofit sales.
Proven success selling to facility owners, general contractors, and property managers.
Strong proposal writing and estimating coordination.
Stable work history and a valid driver's license.
Based in the Los Angeles or Orange County area.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with energy rebate programs and retrofit financing.
Bachelor's degree or a technical HVAC background.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Field-based across the Los Angeles and Orange County market.
