Crystal Clear Custom Pools provides: Company truck and fuel. Training and steady employment throughout the year. All parts/supplies to complete work. A permanent W2 position, not a 1099 subcontractor. Position Description: Visiting our customer’s residence to perform repairs and replace pool equipment. Providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to our clients. Position Requirements: Minimum of two-year pool experience. Need to be a motivated, self-starter who enjoys working independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods. Mechanical aptitude. Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL). $1000.00 Sign on Bonus with a RAIL. Ideal candidates must be dependable, hard-working and have at least 2 years of experience, must be in good physical health and able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs. A valid Texas driver’s license and clear driving record. EOE and no agency or third-party candidates will be considered for this position.
