Responsibilities Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as a behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Engage in hands‑on learning, receive guidance, mentoring and support. Get out into the community to build essential relationships. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Embrace our customer‑first culture and friendly competition focus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum six months' experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership (examples include athletics, organizations/clubs, volunteerism or similar). Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years. None of the last five years has a drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record (i.e. DUI/DWI). Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future. At least 18 years of age.
